CPR-FIRST AIDE WITH AHA


Invented in 1960, CPR is a simple but effective procedure for adults, children and infants that allow almost anyone to sustain life in the first critical minutes of cardiac arrest. CPR provides oxygenated blood to the brain and the heart long enough to keep vital organs alive until emergency assistance arrives. This course offers basic instruction and practice on how to properly administer CPR and First Aid. Two year Certification and re-certification is available for both CPR and First Aid.



Designed for emergency response teams, safety personnel, supervisors, individuals requiring certification and the general public, this courses teaches how to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies in adults, children and infants; identifying and caring for bleeding, sudden illness and injury and preventing disease transmission. (4 hours) Competent Lifesaving Skills and Knowledge. Knowing appropriate action to take in an emergency until professional help arrives is critical in saving lives.
